Car rental

a) Rental extension/Excess Hours
Should the hirer intend to extend the rental beyond the original confirmed date, please inform us at least one day earlier.
b) Non-smoking vehicle : Hirer and all passenger shall not smoke while using the rented vehicle. A sum of RM200 shall be apply to remove the cigarettes odours and to disinfect the interior vehicle.
c) Driving license/minimum age : The Hirer must be at least aged 18 years old and possessed a valid driving license.
d) Damage and other charges
The Hirer accept responsibility to repair and change to new original parts at current market price plus labors on items that are damaged, lost or stolen during the rental period. The possibility of such incident would be as follows:-
• Scratches on car body which has to be re-paint
• Minor or major damage on the front or rear lamps
• Broken or smashed windshield, window glass and wiper
• Damaged on car seats (eg : Cigarettes burn marks/stains)
• Fender or bumper fall out
• Any missing or damage items belong to the car

e) Any summon during the rental period to be borne by customer
