The Datavideo DAC-60 SD/HD/3G-SDI to VGA Scaler and Converter converts SD/HD/3G-SDI video signals into VGA signals for display on computer peripherals such as projectors and monitors. The DAC-60 features a loop-through input that passes the SDI input signal downstream without changing it. This allows you to feed the same video signals to both VGA and SDI-based equipment. The unit auto-detects the input format and scales it to the user-selected VGA output format, which is indicated by the six LEDs.With the included software you can set the built-in processing amp (proc amp) to adjust the Contrast, Hue, and Saturation of the VGA signal. The SDI loop-through signal is unaffected by the proc amp settings. The unit is designed to be portable as it draws only 500 mA at 12 volts and weighs less than a pound.
